The so-called "Erdstöckl" was once a type of protection and store room for all types of conserves. At the Hotel im Park, we have turned 100-year-old Finnish Kelo wood into a modern sauna experience – our popular "Erdstöckl sauna". Our guests can enjoy a truly authentic Styrian sauna experience.

Room temperature: 80 - 91°C

We promise that our guests will never be in greater harmony with themselves or the world than in our Sudatorium. It creates a gentle, pleasant, "feminine" steam bath atmosphere – ideal for leaving the outside world behind and simply emptying your mind...

You enjoy a classically designed steam bath and healthy brine bath beneath three domes. We deliberately refrained from using pseudo fixtures and fittings, and have instead adapted the clear, healthy guidelines of the ancient bath houses to create our bathing experience.

Immerse yourself in the mist of ancient bathing cultures. The warmth of the steam bath stimulates blood flow, purifies and rejuvenates the skin.

Humidity: approx. 100%

In the stone bath at the Hotel im Park, special stones are heated up and cooled down again in a basket of stones until valuable substances are released as steam. This creates a pleasant atmosphere and adds to a general feeling of well-being and relaxation.

The positive vibrations of crystals, which are generally credited to have the power to fight damaging influences, enhance the relaxing sauna experience at the Hotel im Park. Together with the pleasant aromas, you can experience holistic sensual pleasure in the Kristallsanarium® in a way that gently invigorates your circulation.

Gently warms the body, stimulates blood flow, the metabolism, boosts circulation, detoxifies and purges the body, and activates cell renewal. You easily work up a sweat at a temperature of just 30 – 40°C.

In the "Domenico dell Allio" relaxation room, inspired by the Renaissance master builder of the same name who introduced Italian architecture to Styria, our guests relax on comfortable loungers and water beds and contemplate the view of the medieval town Bad Radkersburg. It is a wellness area with special power and energy islands.

Taking a shower under the mill wheel at the Hotel im Park is a unique experience; the alternating bursts of hot and cold water give your body a real boost. Our mill wheel shower is a special alternative to the traditional Kneipp water therapy treatments.
